The Wines |
This simple dry white wine is produced with local Garganega grapes blended with a good measure of Trebbiano. As above, this wine is obtained by regulating the fermentation temperature to obtain a full bouquet and particularly soft body. Due to its simplicity, it is extremely versatile, suitable for drinking either between meals of with light dishes. It should be served at a temperature from 8 to 10°C. |
