This is obtained with the same grapes used for the Soave DOC, grown in a specific area named "Liorsi". It is a dessert wine which goes very well with veronesian sweets like Pandoro, good also with fruits or fruitsalad and with special white meat and fish dishes. Recommended serving temperature of 8/10°C.
