CHARDONNAY I.G.T.

Obtained exclusively with Chardonnay grapes vinified in steel tanks with a fermentation temperature ranging from 16 to 18°C, thus obtaining wonderful fragrances. It is straw yellow in colour with greenish hues. Its characteristic bouquet has a slightly bitter taste, with an after-taste similar to the bouquet. Its low degree of acidity (4.5-5 g/l) makes it suitable both as an aperitif and to drink with light fish or white meat dishes. Recommended serving temperature of 18°C.


PINOT CHARDONNAY BRUT

Made from the best Pinot Chardonnay grapes, which are picked before they reach maturity, in order to obtain the high level of acidity that is essential for the sparkling wine phase. This is followed by very light processing with soft pressing and fermentation at 18°C. The wine is re-fermented in special steel vats for approx. 6 months - known as the long Charmat method. This gives a sparkling wine with a very pleasant scent which is delicate and light, a fine and lingering perlage that does not irritate the palate and a typical chardonnay flavour - bitter with an aromatic aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif, or served with delicate dishes or fish.
